Six Locations to Best Serve Our Students & The Region
Our Locations

The MSU College of Veterinary Medicine has a total of six locations and serves all 82 counties in Mississippi as well as the entire Southeastern United States.

The College’s main campus is in Starkville and includes the Wise Center, which houses our main teaching hospital, the Animal Health Center. Other MSU CVM locations include the Veterinary Specialty Center in west Starkville, the Animal Emergency & Referral Center in Flowood, and the Institute for Marine Mammal Studies in Gulfport. Also a part of the College are the Mississippi Veterinary Research & Diagnostic Laboratory and Poultry Research & Diagnostic Laboratory, both of which are located in Pearl.

Support Companion Animals
VetMed Shop

MSU CVM recently launched an online store, The VetMed Shop, whichsells adult and children’s sized clothing and specialty items branded with the College logo.

Allproceeds from sales go to the MSU CVM CARE (Companion Animals Require Excellence) Fund, created in 1989 to address the need for constant improvements in veterinary medical teaching, research, and service. The Fund provides resources for the CVM hospitals to offer advanced veterinary services along with teaching and learning experiences for veterinary students, technology students, clinicians, and referring veterinarians.
