Olathe, Colorado Raymond Douglas Fulkerson 1951 — 2024 Raymond Douglas Fulkerson, 72, passed away Aug. 1, 2024, at Colorow Care Center in Olathe, CO. Doug was born on Oct. 30, 1951, to Raymond Fulkerson and Barbara D. Bentley Fulkerson in Spartanburg, SC. After Doug graduated from Sough High School in Willoughby, OH, he went on to work for several companies in northeast Ohio and ended up retiring from Grayson County Schools in Leitchfield, KY in 2014. He was an avid reader. As a kid he loved to read his Tom Swift books, any book about space or ham radios and even the Encyclopedia Britannica's. Doug would read about making anything he could from scratch-- flashlights, radios, kites, planes and everything else his imagination could come up with....

Bowling Green, Kentucky Judith Allen 1945 — 2024 Judith Bryant Allen, age 78, of Alvaton, KY passed away January 25, 2024 in Owensboro, Kentucky. Judy was the daughter of William Cullen Bryant and Beluah Neblett Coleman. She was born in July, 1945 in Bethesda, Maryland. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, and her step-father, Thomas L. Coleman. She earned a bachelor degree in education from the University of Kentucky in 1967 and a Masters degree from Western Kentucky University. Judy started her career at Grayson County Middle School in Leitchfield, Ky teaching science. She taught for 10 years and played a prominent role in the family news publishing business. Cave City, Kentucky Stephanie Dawn Roy 1969 — 2022 Stephanie Dawn Roy, 52, of Cave City, KY and formerly of Scottsville, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at her residence. The Memphis, TN native was a former employee of Sumitomo and a daughter of the late George Carruthers Allen, II and Vicki Suzanne Neal Allen Priddy, who survives. She is survived by 2 sons: Kelby Roy (Whitney) and Slate Dalton (Josie Halloway), all of Scottsville, KY; her mother: Vicki Suzanne Priddy (Ron), Brownsville, KY; 1 brother: Chris Rutledge (Donnita), Leitchfield, KY; 2 sisters: Megan Vincent (Brandon), Brownsville, KY and Patricia Duncan, CA. Williamsburg, Kentucky Douglas Lawerence Payne 1979 — 2022 Douglas Lawrence Payne, 43, of Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 6th, at the Baptist Health Corbin. Douglas was born in Mt. Vernon, KY on May 19, 1979, a son of Larry and Margaret Sheila (Frith) Payne. He had worked as a security guard for Storm Security. Hernando, MS John Richard "Rick" Rutledge 1947 — 2019 John Richard "Rick" Rutledge, 71, of Hernando, MS, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. Mr. Rutledge was a 1965 graduate of Germantown High School. He attended Lambuth College in Jackson, TN and was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran from 1969-1971, serving in the Vietnam War.
