I had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Aaron McPeek at Pain Solutions! From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and understood. Dr. McPeek took the time to listen to every detail of my experience, reviewed my extensive medical history, and even went through my PCP's notes. He quickly identified potential issues, including a possible herniated disc, and arranged for an MRI and appropriate medication management.

What struck me most was his genuine interest in my well-being and his willingness to listen without interrupting or dismissing my concerns. After years of struggling with pain, it was a relief to find a doctor who truly cares.

The appointment scheduling process was also seamless - I was able to get an appointment within hours of calling!

I can't recommend Dr. McPeek enough. He is a true asset to the medical community, and I feel grateful to have found him. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give him ten if I could!

This is my second review and I would like to state that nothing has changed as far as the in office personnel. The doctor is excellent. He takes his time and explains everything. My injections have helped all the staff at this location are nice. My problem comes with the online messaging service, it’s almost impossible to speak to someone which is very frustrating when there is a reply. It’s usually a few words that doesn’t answer the question. I have been trying to get my medication authorized for almost 2 weeks. I’ve provided documentation from my insurance company saying that it is required And even did the Footwork to provide the website and the prior authorization phone number to be called directly to get a verbal prior authorization and for whatever reason no one will do this for me is very frustrating to not be able to reach anyone
