Front desk Checkin was quick.
Nurse checking in was quick.
Doctor visit was on time and quick.

Friendly staff from entering to the moment you leave .Speedy service . The doctor was very kind and helpful.

In and out in no time. No waiting. Dr McPeek is really great, experienced and incredibly nice.The office staff are very helpful as well. I would recommend Dr McPeek to anyone.

As usual, entire staff was great.
Dr.McPeek is a value teammate in my struggle with many injuries.
We divise a plan to control. Spinal issues from L1 to S2.. C4/C5..
Dr.McPeek is assisting Veterans
Administration with knee issues that will result in replacement.
Aaron tells me like it is.. what I am facing now and in future. I am a broken man

I would recommend Clearway Pain Solutions to anyone in need of Pain Management, Doctor (McPeek) did an outstanding job putting together a pain management plan for my pain relief prior to my surgery, as well as his staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable easily a five star facility, Overall, excellent place to go for pain management… Overall, excellent place to go for pain management…

They have been a god send to me. They listen to you and they care. I can not say one bad thing about any of the staff.

They are very efficient and helpful, I am happy with my Doctor and his staff I'm in and out and they are very nice and polite.

I really appreciate the way the staff and doctors treat the patient. They do everything possible to help the patient be comfortable and they are truly concerned with helping you the best they can. And every time I go to an appointment the doctor and staff will listen to what you say or ask them. Thank you all.

Dr.mc.peak is great , listens n suggest what he thinks will work for you he is clearly on top of things . I love that he does actually listen n hears your point. … the receptionist is wonderful. Very polite . The nurse is great and very polite. Very clean place.. I would recommend!!!i would most definatly recomend !!!! It takes alot for me to trust a pain dr. N i mean a lot !!! I fully teust mc.peek n would tgat says alot . Thank you .

This is my second review and I would like to state that nothing has changed as far as the in office personnel. The doctor is excellent. He takes his time and explains everything. My injections have helped all the staff at this location are nice. My problem comes with the online messaging service, it’s almost impossible to speak to someone which is very frustrating when there is a reply. It’s usually a few words that doesn’t answer the question. I have been trying to get my medication authorized for almost 2 weeks. I’ve provided documentation from my insurance company saying that it is required And even did the Footwork to provide the website and the prior authorization phone number to be called directly to get a verbal prior authorization and for whatever reason no one will do this for me is very frustrating to not be able to reach anyone

Everyone was extremely kind. The Dr listened to all my concerns and set forward a plan to help me completely. Can't wait until my next appointment

I had my first consult. The staff were friendly and informative. My Dr. answered my questions and explained to me what I should expect. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I had a good experience. Would recommend.

It's almost impossible to find a practice that is as wonderful as Clearway Pain in Elkton is!!! He remembers everything without checking your records & really takes his time with his patients!!

I had a very good experience. Check-in was fast and easy. I was taken back to a room before I could even sit down in waiting area. The staff are very thorough when they are inputting your medical history. Dr. McPeek is wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I would leave the office with a plan to handle my pain situation.

No complaints. Dr McPeek was super friendly and answered all my questions and explained everything in detail until I was satisfied. I wasn’t rushed or blown off. He even wanted to look at my actual MRI disc. That means a lot. I’m happy I switched to here

I've had a lot off bad runs with pain management doctors n just recently I started going to Clearway n elkton I was referred there from a friend of mine that rated them as a ten star doctors very very professional kind Kurdish were have u guys been all my life I would definitely recommend anyone n pain don't go BACK to your old doctor try the best clearway.

Dr. McPeek listens to the patient and makes his diagnosis based on that conversation. He is very conscientious and empathetic with the patient.
