If you play video games, don’t get @breezeline my internet gets non stop packet loss and every game is unplayable even after they sent a technician to “fix” the issue

1. @breezeline no phone service for 2 years. Our fault, we didn’t call in. No internet last week, buy new router. Still doesn’t work. Take day off work last Thursday. It’s your box. Wasted $ on router. Come home yesterday, no cable. Here with tech for 3.5 hours.

Tonight I will call Breezeline cancel my cable. It will lower my bill on what I will owe. My landline will be next. Their is no time table. It will be next eventually. As for my internet I will keep it

2 months of fighting with the internet company to fix out issues. FYI don't get Breezeline internet honestly the worst customer support ever...... they blame the consumer for their issues..... hoping I can fix it myself today as iv dome in the past

@breezeline No. It doesn’t help. Since @breezeline integrated WoW!’s network into theirs, the internet goes down weekly for former WoW! Customers in my area. The only thing you have accomplished is destabilizing the reliability of the network at a time when more and more people are W@H

@breezeline We have been Internet issues in Lewistown PA for the last three weeks. I have made several calls and had 2 appointments. I continue to tell them that the problem is with the lines on the poles but they refuse to check or find the actual issue.

Before I depart my apartment, today on this Sunny cold Sunday. I've decided to cancel my Cable. It costs too much even thou Inflation has dropped. My New Television is Smart. I will start Streaming. Looking forward to the change. Sorry #Breezeline I'm keeping my Internet & Phone
